Blockchain Association Asks SEC to Double Crypto Startup Exemption to $10 Million

The trade group backed Regulation Crypto Assets in its comment letter and asked the Commission to raise both offering caps, write the Howey guidance into the rule, and let third parties file for tokens already trading.
